LASA  Arabians was developed when two friends joined in a venture to create the best Pure and Part Arabians for performance.   Linda, the "L" in LASA ,  owns quality, producing mares, Sandy, the "S" in LASA, owns Purebred stallions, and more quality, producing mares.

Linda was city born and raised but her heart was always in the country with the animals, especially horses.  She prefers raising Purebred Arabians,  studying bloodlines and color genetics, striving to raise the best quality Arabians . Linda discovered that by bringing quality, non-blacks into her breeding program, she was able to improve the quality of the blacks.

Sandy, country born and raised, prefers the Partbred ArabXQuarter Horse.  She is the "hands on" part of the team, and rides horses most people wouldn't dare get on, then does an excellent job of finishing a horse for the pleasure classes. She has a good eye for quality animals, and loves the show ring.

Linda designates her best foals with the "LASA" prefix while Sandy gives hers "SR". To this day, the partnership remains strong.  Linda now has a few partbreds, and Sandy has a few Purebreds.  Everything they raise to sell has some Arabian blood.

Gordie, Sandy's husband, is the third, and significant team member.  He excels at Reining and Working cow competition with championships from Scottsdale, Arizona.
